We source premium Angus Certified Beef and All Natural * US Wagyu Certified Beef for the creation of our Artisan made Authentic South African Biltong. This product will contain four 8 oz pack of each of our two main types of Biltong (Angus & Wagyu) and a sampler set of our Spicy Biltongs (0.25lb each: Peri Peri, Ghost & Reaper).

These premium cuts of Beef are reworked by Artisans using traditional curing methods, spicing the meat with our locally sourced and in-house created spice blends. We then produce an Authentic Biltong that is sliced to perfection for your eating pleasure.

Our Biltong is packaged as close to shipping as possible, to ensure maximum freshness and enjoyment upon arrival.
