These premium cuts of American Wagyu Beef are reworked by Artisans, using traditional Biltong curing methods and adding our locally sourced and in-house created spice blends to spice the meat. We then create Anton’s Biltong, a premium high protein meat snack, sliced to perfection for your eating pleasure.

    Anton’s Natural US Wagyu Biltong is generally a leaner, more marbled meat, due to the nature of American Wagyu Certified Beef.
