Biltong Slabs 1Lb

A Slab of Biltong is a 1lb (16Oz) whole piece of Biltong that has not been sliced and will require carving/slicing after delivery.

We source premium Angus Certified Beef and All Natural * US Wagyu Certified Beef for the creation of our Artisan made Authentic South African Biltong. This product will contain a slab or whole piece of Biltong prior to slicing.

Anton’s Angus Biltong and Angus Peri Peri Chili Biltong is available in a more fatty selection due to the nature of Angus Certified Beef. If you prefer less fatty or lean Biltong, we will pack the leanest Biltong we have available at the time of shipping. Anton’s Natural US Wagyu Biltong is generally a leaner, more marbled meat, due to the nature of American Wagyu Certified Beef. Please specify your preferences in the selections and we will do our best to provide you with  a product as close to your preferences as possible.

These premium Slabs of Beef are reworked by Artisans using traditional curing methods, spicing the meat with our locally sourced and in-house created spice blends. We then produce an Authentic Biltong that is a whole slab for your slicing/eating pleasure.

Our Biltong is packaged as close to shipping as possible, to ensure maximum freshness and enjoyment upon arrival.
