These premium cuts of Angus Beef are reworked by Artisans, using traditional Biltong curing methods and adding our locally sourced and in-house created spice blends to spice the meat. We then create Angus Reaper Chili Biltong, a premium high protein meat snack, sliced to perfection for your eating pleasure.

Anton’s Angus Reaper Chili Biltong is available in a more fatty selection due to the nature of Angus Certified beef. Please specify your preferences in the selections.

    It’s hot and not for the beginner. I love it but I would get the Ghost Pepper if you want to start.
