We source premium Angus Certified Beef and All Natural * US Wagyu Certified Beef for the creation of our Artisan made Authentic South African Biltong. This product will contain one 8 oz pack of each of our two main types of Biltong and one 8 oz pack of our Angus Chili Biltong.
These premium cuts of Beef are reworked by Artisans using traditional curing methods, spicing the meat with our locally sourced and in-house created spice blends. We then produce an Authentic Biltong that is sliced to perfection for your eating pleasure.
