We source premium Angus Certified Beef for the creation of our Artisan made Authentic South African Biltong.
These premium cuts of Beef are reworked by Artisans using traditional curing methods, spicing the meat with our locally sourced and in-house created spice blends. We then produce an Authentic Biltong Stix that is dried to perfection for your eating pleasure.
Please specify your preferences in the selections and we will do our best to provide you with a product as close to your preferences as possible. We cannot guarantee “Fat Free” meat, less fatty or lean will be the leanest Biltong we have available at the time of packing.
