At Anton’s we only source premium quality Angus Certified Beef for the creation of our Artisan made Authentic South African Angus Biltong. These premium cuts of Angus Beef are reworked by Artisans, using traditional Biltong curing methods and adding our locally sourced and in-house created spice blends to spice the meat. We then create Anton’s Biltong, a premium high protein meat snack, sliced to perfection for your eating pleasure.

Please specify your preferences in the selections and we will do our best to provide you with  a product as close to your preferences as possible. We cannot guarantee “Fat Free” meat, less fatty or lean will be the leanest Biltong we have available at the time of packing.
