We  source premium quality Angus Certified Beef for the creation of our Artisan made Authentic South African Angus Biltong. These premium cuts of Angus Beef are reworked by Artisans, using traditional Biltong curing methods and adding our locally sourced and in-house created spice blends to spice the meat. We then create our Biltong, a premium high protein meat snack, sliced to perfection for your eating pleasure.

Biltong USA Angus Biltong is available in a more fatty selection due to the nature of Angus Certified Beef. Please specify your preferences in the selections and we will do our best to provide you with a product as close to your preferences as possible. If you prefer less fatty or lean Biltong, we will pack the most fatty or leanest Biltong we have available at the time of shipping.
